On Friday, I posted a new BattleMech Technology Survey. Thursdays, I put up a 'mech made exclusively from those techs.
On reflection, this guy is more of a Hollander II, with the same main weapon and speed, but a bit more tonnage for defensive systems. Beyond the armor, the Elite sacrifices its durability to squeeze out additional performance at range using a Direct Neural Interface and a dedicated Targeting Computer.
It's one thing to stay at long range; it's another thing to be able to hit at long range with an ammo fed weapon while using that range to stay safe.
