Seriously though, I forgot that slapdashery isn't the only source of writing ticks. I know I carry some of my verbal ticks over, for instance, and there's a guy in /BTG/ who keeps using "logically" as a substitute (instead of preface) for his reasoning. If you have ticks, I haven't noticed them.

That sounds like the worst tic a person could have. I have "yeah," "just," and "really," but nothing so...presumptively authoritative.
