I'm here with Randolph this week and we're just tryin' to get it done.
It's a heavy talk about suicide. Do series trivialize sensitive topics like suicide when they talk about them? Is it worth the risk of being disrespectful to talk about it?
The Beige and The Bold is hosted on Anchor and is available on most podcasting platforms. New episodes are usually posted on Sunday nights at 9:00 PM CST.

"we're just tryin' to get it done" - competent cohost, steady patter, maybe not deep but very listenable.
I had a chance to catch up on some new Trek shows.
- I remember your complaints about Picard only vaguely, but I can see where you were coming from.
- the Red Angel season of Discovery is hella fatalistic, and kinda feels like the writing changed halfway in.
- Lower Decks seems trekkiest so far.
- Batman '66 really took a turn in season two.
Does the Trek... milieu? Ethos? Intent? ...just not fit strong season arcs well?
You think the upcoming Captain Pike show will be different or more of the same?
I had hopes for Season 2 of Picard and they were so deliberately, intentionally shattered that I'm currently off of new Star Trek until further notice.
Is Batman '66 on Paramount+?
